Report: Emerging Trends on Complementarity, Consultations with Stakeholders in Africa

In 2018 Africa Legal Aid (AFLA) held consultations with stakeholders from Central, Eastern and Western Africa on 'Emerging Trends on Complementarity'. Participants attended from Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Côte D’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Uganda. They included members of the judiciary, prosecutors, civil societies, legal fraternities, academics, representatives of intergovernmental organisations and victims of atrocity crimes.
