H.E. Daniel Nsereko, presiding Judge of the Appeals Chamber, delivered the Court’s ruling on August 30th 2011, therein stating that no procedural, legal or factual error could be perceived in the Pre-Trial Chamber’s decisions of May 30th 2011. Accordingly, trial of the “Ocampo Six” will proceed starting with the confirmation of charges hearing on September 1st 2011.
